Default Fantom Motors

What do you all think about Fantom motors ?
I am thinking of getting the P-Series, 12 Turn double for my Losi XXX-T.

Is the Team Orion Revolution a better motor ?

Fantom motors are good stuff. They wind motors in a number of different set-ups, including the Reedy KR and PT teardowns, and the D6. I think they might be including the Orion teardown soon as well. You might want to ask Josh Cyrul about that.

The revolution/vantage motors are simply great. You can run them in off-road for at least a dozen runs before a cut. I've seen guys run them at my local track for 25-30 runs without doing anything. The brushes are a little tricky to change, so you probably want to stick with the enduro 10-30 run brushes. Besides, you don't need the sprint brushes for off-road. Someone also suggested that thee motors also run a little soft immediately after a cut, so you might want to keep that in mind if you plan on cutting before a main.

Got a Fantom MVP that I ran in my XXX-T. It ran really great! Much butter than the 2 MVP Plus motors that I got from Tower. I'm now running a Epic Binary from Putnam Propulsion that I really like too.
