it depends on the reciever pack but there are wall charger available. You can also get some other cheap chargers.
I just (yesterday) bought a used expensive one, so I can change Rx packs. And maybe packs for an electric car. If I decide to get one to play with.

Here are some chargers that will
triton, digital piranha, pulse charger,959 super brain, accucycle, accucycle elite
Most any charger that'll do around 1-2 amps and has the correct cell count will do.

for nitro racing the best charger IMO is the hangar 9 double vision it can charge a reciever pack a transmitter pack and your glow ignitor all at 1 time
it charges the reciever pack at 800mah (.8amps) which takes usually less than 1 hour
i dont think its very expensive either i think it was near $60
ive been using mine now for 3 or 4 years and its been very reliable
also very easy to use nothing to program or anything just plug it in and set the switches correctly and hit the button
