I wanted to get back into RC. My girlfriend got me:

-SC10 Truck Kit
- Futaba 3PM-X 2.4ghz
- Tekin RS w/17.5
- Hitec Servo
- CVD's
- handful of extra parts

The Lipos and charger are on me

I just joined this site too, a lot of great info. I was out of the hobby for awhile! Hence the User Id!

My brother in law gave me his vintage mid 80's Cox/Kyosho Gallop 4wd/s buggy complete with period correct Airtronics 2 stick radio. Already hit ebay for the parts needed to restore it.

This Christmas was actualy better than I expected. Lots of very cool stuff, like: an SC10, a nice Tekin motor, Novak ESC, some shirts, a new DVD, and a Washburn Dime 332 (an estimated 20+ years old) in almost mint condition.

I did not receive anything RC related, but I did treat myself to a LRP SSX V2, personal transponder, and a Team Orion motor from Amain. Merry Christmas to me!
