i tried that i even tried using a brand new one
the engine is a brand new GX-21 w/ pull starter
i tried priming it
putting some fuel in the carb
glow igniter is charged
i have a reliable power source
theres fuel in the line
i tried loosening the glow plug
it wont start
im not sure if i flooded the engine or not but i removed the glow plug and turned the car upsidedown but no fuel came out

is it even trying to turn over or is it not doing anything?
does the flywheel move when you pull the cord? could be the one way bearing in the pullstart slipping or not installed.
are their any blockages in the fuel line or exaust system?
take plug out and attach you glow ignighter to make its not defective. glow ignighter could be defective.
check lines for air leaks. check to see if fuel lines are routed correctly.
you may want to remove your engine and dissasembe and reassemble it they are simple to do and then you know it's right.
you may want to check the clutch also.
tough question. good luck.

check to see if the main needle is tighened all the way. It happened to me once, fuel in line, pullstart was working, flywheel moving, fresh glow plug, charged glow plug ignitor but it didn't start. Then i found out that the main needle was closed all the way, so I screwed it out to standard setting and the engine started on the first pull.

Make sure the carb is working correctly. Take the air filter off and make sure that the throttle needle isn't closed off (use the idle screw to adjust that). Reset the needles to the recommended factory settings, and make sure the high and low speed needles are tight.

prime it more then u usually would, almost to the point of flooding it, then try to start it

GReddy - That sounds right from your description..but I'd turn the idle up more to help you start it.
Don't prime the engine to the point of almost flooding it. You'll more than likely foul the plug and hydro-lock the engine. Two-stroke engines start easier when they're a little on the lean side than anything.
