Hello all I am going to be coming into some cash in about two weeks roughly $200. I have decided to take the plunge and buy a short course truck. Now I don't want to start a thread war and there are already TONS of threads on this. I was 99% set on buying a 2WD Traxxas Slash only because of the waterproof electronics. But being a So Cal native and knowing that we don't get alot of rain anyway is this really a good selling point? I do plan on racing what ever I buy. I have read that with a few modifications the Slash can be raced? So I already know alot about the Slash,but the HPI blitz looks appealing too,but not seeing alot of them around worries me too. I know the pros and cons of the SC10. Any info on the Blitz is appreciated, hope to see you on the track soon.

The blitz is decent man. There were 3 last night that made the A-main. They are just as strong as any other truck out there... It's all in the tuning...
