How do the losi 8ight shocks work on the slash? I was considering taking my buggy shocks and putting them on my slash, but i figured that the big bore would make it ridiculously stiff.

Mine work great just put soft springs with 20 or 25 wt oil

Cuz your a big Kid who likes to break things? Great vid, i`d say the slash held up very well for that much abuse(FUN)..The very first jump it landed on it`s feet and you drove it away, Nuff said!!

They do make it ride stiff but overall it handles much better it eliminates body roll. I tried the powerstroke junk and it had so much body roll it was impossible to drive. With a 5900 castle it's way overpowered and the huge shocks help a lot. Softer springs and 20-25 wt oil. I like it.

actually the powerstrokes are not to bad ,if you put some heavy wieght oil in them.in outdoor summer racing most guys were running 80 wght front 55 rear with minimal body and hookn up well for a slash anyway.they also run the same wght in our cold winter races.personaly i go down in wieght in the cold.

i would of thought the ofna would be stronger than the traxxas.. cause its built more like a buggy..

only thing i ever owned that was traxxas was a ERBE and it was junk next to my truggy and buggy.
