I know their 1/8 scale but my 1/10th's aren't done yet. I'm not much on the body style but with a wild scheme maybe its not so bad??

I am about 85 percent sure the only difference in the jconcepts hi flow bodies is where the dimples are to mount the bodies on the RT5 and T4 version (i have both) so i don't see why the punisher body would not be a direct fit on the RT5

You are correct; the RT5 and T4 body are the same. The Punisher fits both .

Default JConcepts PUNISHER T4 and T4.1 Body

Well, here's mine all completed. Fresh Faskolor paints. Panther slicks for sticky clay. I like it. I get it that some don't, but if you like the way a Losi or AE truggy looks lately, you'll like this too! And, it IS supposed to be faster...if you believe the aerodynamics marketing blurb!

Default Added Wing

I wanted this body to look more like a truggy body, so I added a wing to the back. The wing is an HPI wing that is about 7" long. Because of the shallow recess in the body for the spoiler, I had to also put some 1/16" rubber washers under the wing mounts to help fill that little area. But, the finished mount is sturdy and I think it looks great now! Not that it didn't look good with the spoiler, but the wing really completes it in my eyes.

I have raced this body now and took a first place in one of the heat races. Was it the Punisher body? Don't think so. I just didn't need the marshall to flip me back up too much! Just lucky!

The description of the body on JConcepts website they talk about "designated areas" where the air is allowed to flow through. I didn't see anything specific in the instructions on the body I received, so I emailed them. They sent me the attached photo showing the area where you are supposed to open up the body. I used a reamer for the two ends and then cut the slot in between with an Xacto knife.

Nice fade and tight window outlines. Orange and yellow are my base colors too. The wing is a nice touch.
Bring it up to RaceWorld. We can trade paint (tips) lol

anyone? I dont think the front mounts will be outside of the front hood. I think that the posts will be right on the angle where the hood comes down. This is just by looks though, but i really dont wanna waste 20 to find out it wont fit.

From Jconcepts direct:

I'm sorry but our T4.1 Punisher body will not fit on your Losi truck, due to mounting locations. At this time we have no plans on making a Punisher body for the Losi truck.

Thanks,

The rear fits almost perfectly, just need to move the holes outward. The front is tricky, It fits but I had to mount longer posts(AE R5) and cut them a bit shorter on the bottom to lower the holes towards the mount. Holes are really close to the outside edges of the raised section of the hood. The AE posts have many holes for different mounting positions, seems to work pretty well. The front mount is also flipped the other direction to move posts back slightly which helps fitment.
