no, its not good for anything, its one of the poorly built rtr setups, i would suggest a gs storm or a hot bodies over the inferno.

You may want to put your question on more boards so you can get more opinions.

Honestly, I would look at the differences between the sport and the full version. I heard somewhere and this could be wrong that there is a kickup issue with the RTR version and it uses a plastic main gear.

I would check also and see how easy it is for parts. Kyosho parts tend to be more expensive than other companies.

If you will be racing then get a kanai edition. Here is a list of items that are different.

Shocks, shock towers, chassis, servo saver and steering assembly, all three diffs, turnbuckles, spur gear, no front chassis brace, radio tray supports, a arms, universal drive shafts, even the screws are different. And the gx-21 engine is crap. Please do not make the same mistake I did. If you would like a less expensive but still race or bash ready I would look at a hyper 7 by ofna.

Since you donít race you will not need most of the upgrades on the kanai you should consider the front brace though. And when I say the motor is no good I was speaking for racing though I would put a #a3 plug in it.
I will say the buggy is tough and handles great
