Can anyone tell me what they know about this motor?

The Sonic Series of Mod motor's is about 6-10 yrs old.Is there a letter of the alphabet on the outside of the can?If there is what is that letter.This will tell you what turn it is.
The Reedy Sonic is Reedy's Mod Motor from like 96 or even older.
Still a good motor if the com is good.

I agree, if the comm has some material left then this is a good motor. The larger comm is supposedly great for off-road I still have a 11dbl and 13 dbl left in my toolbox. You need to use a laydown brush.

i had a Tri Sonic it was pretty good lots of torque though.
