Let me see...a posting in the electric off road section with a '8' and 2 'X' in it..

Could it have anything to do with this ?

Cool looking buggy.

Too bad after watching there "team" drivers race at WCRC I would never buy a product from them

Either way cool design and other manufacturers need to really look into E-8th specific layouts.

It was an off topic comment I should probably leave out of the thread.. BUT since you asked =)

I moved out to LA for a couple months and spent 2-3 days a week at WCRC practicing and shooting video.

#1 One kid was a cry baby hack
#2 a guy I was "buddies" with looked at his car and I dont remember the exact comment but it was moreless. "There is nothing you need to know"

#3 This video..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZBq73ShSfAAt 5:10 right before the

marshall you will see the green kyosho car has cleanly gotten inside him.
At 5:10 at the turn you will see the bright green kyosho clearly has the line and is getting pinched by him.

NOW at 5:20 you will see the Ofna "team" driver BLAST him right before the finish line. Dont worry I slow mo'ed it for everyone. (the drop off is the loop). Then the cry baby stomped off the stand. He went from 1st to 3rd or 4th cant remember.

Then there was a "hear-say" comment about someone asking the kid about setup and him just making another smart comment.

Sorry for the thread clutter.

Either way the lay out looks GREAT. Probably will be a sick buggy and other manufacturers should look into it. I love my HHH VE8 that has the option for a similar lay out.

Yea, I would have to agree with everyone's comments, that guy was a big baby. I sure hope he is not an OFNA factory driver. I really like all of the OFNA guys. They are always friendly and helpful at the track. And they are always at the track!!!

Okie Dokie.. lets not let my post go off topic =)

I think the motor forward design is one of the best lay outs.
I do like the saddle packs but it would be cool if you could choose singe or saddle. And swap the ESC as needed.

That's a slick looking rig.

Cut the "Guess what's coming" game, just spit it out.

hopefully if it is a 1/8, they put some mud guards on. That was the part of the Hyper 9E i didn't like, no mudguards by default, had to rig up something.
