Proline Sniper and Bowfighter Tires

Has anyone ever used these tires on an outside hard packed clay track (gets a little dusty or wet at times) and if so what are your thoughts about them?

i tried them in M3 this past weekend in 2wd SC. they were good- comparable to calibers in m3, a little looser than gooses but more reactive than both. they look better than they performed for my surface in new england, hard packed medium traction

I know everyone likes the caliber tires but I'm kinda pickey about the way my truck looks and I hate the way those things look. So I'm gonna try every other tire I like the looks of first before I get those ugly things

In all honesty man. You'll be on your lid due to lack of traction while everyone ese running calibers lap ya. Trust me you won't look to cool then.

LOL HB Megagrids are oogly but they work!:spidey:

hyperSC82 09-28-2010 08:48 PM

so has any one with a 4x4 ran these tires:confused:

AKA Enduro is a good set up as well as goose bumps and subcultures, believe double dee would work good to as long as it isnt overly dusty.

Well calibers are not the tire of choice where I typically run and I like the Bowfighter for the front only and Enduros for the rear. If the track gets a little dusty then the "ugly" HB Megagrids go on the back. In fact, just got home from Tuesday night racing and a TQ and win with that exact setup.

The Sniper looks about the same a J Concepts Hit Men for 1/8th scale. At my track they are better than Calibers.
