Default Chager help

My 16x3 isn't chaging at the listed amps. So, I'm looking for a new chager that can chage at 5 amp. Something small w/ a display on it. Any ideas?

Novak Millennium.

What do you mean it's not charging at listed amps?

It probably needs an external power supply, the cheap integy and duratrax chargers have dials that go up to something like 5 amps but they can only charge up to 3 amps without an external power supply.
