I haven't had any problems with the wheels yet. I glued up a set of MC compound Suburbs to them and ran about four packs. They didn't wear prematurely or anything.

Thanks for the responses on the stock wheels.......the stock ones just "felt" a little "cheaper" but its hard to tell.....the HPI look beefier around the hex and maybe a little thicker overall...

I think I will try a set of HPI black dish and see how they compare....then I can swap them to my E-Firestorm if needed....always a good thing to have interchangeable parts

Thanks

If you guys in NY are looking for somewhere to run your tt's check out Glenwood RC in Elma NY. This weekend we are having a trophy race and I believe we already have 17 tt's pre-registered. If you can't make it this weekend we run them every Wednesday and Saturday and usually get at least a A main and B main of them with more showing up every week!

Track Address:

7120 Seneca St.
Elma, NY 14059

+1

This class has exploded here. Up to C-main last saturday, with more and more coming. Here's some video of the B-main http://www.youtube.com/glenwoodrc#p/u/7/qJ_QPcI7Bko , didn't get any of the A-main. All new layout this week.

It's only a measly 6 hour drive (give or take) from NYC aka 20 minutes from Buffalo. That was an interim (one week only) layout, and I've heard the new one has some bigger air. I'll definitely post some video from this week's trophy race.

That's a minus sign, I was being lazy...it should read,
" The only real negative on the TT...., etc"

Mine is like this with the rear shocks stood up (out on tower ...in on arm) and I have all the steering i need.

Default just ordered

I just ordered the MMP SC combo for my other TT. Hope it rips. Tower has them for $189 plus I had a $25 coupon and got free shipping. Seemed like a heck of a deal to me.
