How's he geared on the 4 pole 4600 motor??

It's seems to be coming back to life slowly. I use to have to go about 5-6 pages before I found the thread. Today, I only had to to page 2 to find it. I also believe if the rig is working fine and no one has anything to complain about, the thread slows down.

My Hyper 10TT is running great, so I really have nothing to post. Just my .02.

Just made a trade for a like new tt. I already have a 10sc, and can't wait to get the tt.

I have a spare Novak HV 6.5 motor that I think I am going to throw in it. just need to pick up another MMP to run it.

Has anyone run short course tires/wheels on one? I ask because I have a lot of them. How does the offset compare?

Can't wait to run this thing!

A friend of mine did it and quickly went back to the 2.2 tires. You loose width and gain traction roll.

All the good days.
Help people choose a newcomer servo motor and ESC.
It would be desirable option for cheaper.
I picked up the following options
hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=9439
hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=6527
hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=8993

Or not excruciated and take

Castle Creations Sidewinder 1/10 Scale Short Course Brushless Combo w/Neu-Castle 1410

p.s. Sorry for my bad English

I run a blue bird servo and I like it a lot. I also used the Quik 60 esc from Hobbyking and it worked well too. Im not so sure about that motor though. Check out the Tacon motors.
http://www.hobbypartz.com/96m213-3660-3000kv-8t.html. As far as budget motors go, theyre solid.

double check that, I really don't think that is the newer 4 pole motor or SV2 Sidewinder ESC. If you are looking for a 4600kv, You want this motor from Castle:

http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXAPNU&P=ML

and get the MMPro. That is a much better setup for your TT in my opinion. If you are on a budget go for the Castle SCT Setup 3800kv (4 pole) Sidewinder V2 setup, which goes for about $109. Just my .02.

Nope check the part number that comes withthe 4 pole, I ve bought 6 of them in the last month, {I buy the qty buy and use the coupon}... 010-0094-05 is 4 pole
If you do want the 3800 {it comes with a fan to} dont buy it at tower there is another site that sells it for 89 shipped... http://www.gonitrohobbies.com/Castle...10-0090-00.htm
Why would you spend 110 on just the motor when you can get the esc too for less??? And as far as the mmpro I would say it isnt twice the esc as the sv2 unless you need its extras, stay away from it... For the tt and running 2s and under 5700KV 4 pole sv2 is the way to go....
I know the tower description says cm36 but it is actually the 1406 motor {4600 and 5700}, they are no longer shipping any 4600 and 5700 cm36's so unless the company your buying from has 3 month old stock you will get a 1406 with your sv2 combo...
