Default 1/10 scale 4wd buggy motor suggestions???

Looking to try some 1/10 scale 4wd buggy this indoor season, but I don't know how much motor I need... Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanx, Kevin

anywhere between a 6.5 and 10.5, depends on the track and traction.

Buy a faster one and turn down epa for smaller venues

Cool

A 7.5 got me used to driving a 4wd buggy.
Start with it first then go to a 6.5.

Our track in not too big, but generally has good traction, I was leaning towards a 7.5/8.5, but also was curious if a 10.5 and a speedo with the dynamic timing (Tekin RS, Mamba Max Pro) would be enough power???

I run a novak 6.5r with a gtb esc and reedy 7.4v saddlepack 35c lipo and my buggy is a rocket anywhere i take it.Like one guy said just dial down the epa so it is not as fast.I will be going to a 5.5 in about 3 weeks(easier to clear the huge triples inside.)
