Aye rob, heres my 2 cents,

Saturday: 4 or 5 rounds of quals using qual points.

Sunday: Run Triple A 7 min Mains. one at the beginning, middle & end of day to give the drivers time to get their batteries charged.

Ive run qual points at a lot of nitro races and it just makes it more challenging and fun.

I dont suggest running too many classes as i think it waters the event down. I would say stick to the basics like 19T & Mod 2WD, Mod 4WD & Mod Truck. Maybe run the slasher class as an exhibition class with just one A main.

Promote the race and special invite all the fast electric guys from PA, CT and MA. And post the results on your website so i can have proof i bust your arse this time!!!!

just my 2 cents. hope to see you guys soon, rob you've got to come out to a nitro race this year, there are a few big ones left.

We have wanted to do an invitational race for years, but that races sucess would be determined by all the other tracks guys showing up and as we have seen through the years they don't come very often or at all. We might try it over the winter. If you are going to do triple a mains then they don't need to be 7 minutes. Points qualifing doesn't need to be more then 4 rounds and isn't needed as much because lir is very consistent. Points qualifing was made to stop rocket rounds on blue groove tracks or in your case 1/8 because the tracks get ripped apart and get slower and slower. We have done this befroe and pretty much the top 10 were the same guys. We will be runing longer mains at this race. Also when everybody is all lipo we might bring back triple a mains. Lir used to do them all of the time, but some people had said they didn't have enough packs to run 3 mains and sat out some. With lipos you could run 2 maybe 3 mains on one charge.

Bless where have you been come on down for some clubbin. Some boys got really fast over the summer

I guess the sales rep wasn't lying he said he knew nothing about what I heard. I guess that's why they call it rumors. If they can get the durablity up and the price down they might have a chance.
