Fellow Losiers\LIR racers:

Have no fear, the Losi's will still be here! On the way up to The Barn, me & my Dad were talking & I don't think I really want an 1\8 scale(especially after seeing the way some of those guys drive). Infact, I have decided(again) no more gas for me. Don't worry because I won't crawl back to gas for a long time.

Get prepared for a long post, this story goes back all the way to December 2002.

My Dad was prepping my B3 for CRCRC '03. It was then that a whole new slew of parts needed to go in the works. Then we realized we'd soon need a new car. We decided until a short while after Ohio to get a new car.

When I originally got that Losi XXX Kinwald that one day in February 2003, it was really not meant to be. The only reason I got one is because my B3 at the time was falling apart, & me & my Dad figured it wasn't any good to buy a new B3 since the B4 was coming out a month later, & selling a B3 on Ebay would not bring much money back to our pockets once the B4 came out.

Believe me, I truly did start saving up for a B4. At one point I had $160. But then I needed stuff to upgrade to for the '03 Mod Nats at the Tiltyard for my XXX & XXXT, that was no time to buy a whole new B4 & T4.

Then I started getting used to the Losi. My Dad convinced me to stick it out with the newer Bk2 when that came out. We thought it would be an improvement towards the B4. So ofcourse, I stuck it out.

It killed me. Watching B4 after B4, & T4 after T4. I knew AE was where I belonged at. Losi was not really working out too well. Though I was getting faster, I think it was only because of age & maturing. Had I been running AE I'd probably would have gotten even faster.

I just never decided to actually save up, because I wound up spending saved money on other stuff. So I decided for 2004 I'd stay w\ Losi for 1 more season, & I have been savnig for a B4 & T4 since. But again, I wound up spending on other stuff(I.E. Mini-T, TC3, etc.).

Now it's all changed, & really it is the end of the "1 more year" season.

Since I plan on running no more gas for atleast the next season, I will sell the XXX-NT. I'll probably get about somewhere around $400-$500 for that truck. Plus I have a nice amount of money saved up.

But don't fear, I will still keep my Bk2, Mf2, & XXX4. B4 & T4 will just be new additions to the family. Though if I find I like the B4 & T4 better than my Losi cars(which I probably will), I will sell all the Losi cars, which will be replaced probably by a JConcepts BJ4.

Associated is where I belong, I've been loyal to them(except for Pavidis, but thats a different story most everyone knows anyway) & not to Losi. Losi cars were there because the oppurtunity was there. Associated will always be #1 to me, & Losi is just in there for the fun of it once I get my AE stuff.

Sorry about the long post.

anyone got a TC3 that they'd sell??? if so, list any mods you've done to it.... looking for one without motor, radio, and ESC. please let me know.. money is kinda tight. so don't give me an extravagant price..

Also, I'm selling a NTC3, I know this is the off-road section, but someone might be interested in it. Looking to get $230 for it, willing to do trades.. but as long as no gas is involved. Gas became difficult with me.

TC3s sold for dirt cheap on ebay before the TC4 came out. Now people will practically pay you to take one off their hands.
