Kyosho Ultima kit Vs SC10 Team kit?
It has been some time since I raced in the dirt. Back then I raced the Losi XX & XX-T, that is how long it has been. I am getting back into racing. It will be one of these kits. If anybody could give me a list of pros and cons for each of these SCT trucks and how they handle, that would be great. Any information would be helpful.

They are both good trucks. I Like the kyosho though. The shocks are smoother, and you can go much longer between rebuilds. the sc10 is bad about stripping wheels. I think the kyosho jumps better and goes through the rough better.

Well after all of that rant, I bought an SC10 Factory Team today simply because parts are cheaper, I'm intrigued by the new shocks, all you have to add to the kit are your electronics, and like the kyosho it's a proven winner. I would say the pros and cons of each truck balance out, I went the less expensive more available route.

I agree, in the right hands it a toss up. The ability to get and cost of parts would be the big issue. They are the top 2 SCT's on the market IMO. New FT shocks are way better than the old ones IMO, velvets might still be a little better but not enough for me to put a set on my AE..
