Default Can someone explain wire guage to me?

What should I use when connecting my motor to ESC (1/8th scale) 10G, 12G, 16G etc?

12g is the most common for 1/10...10g is what comes with most 1/8 escs...

Wire gauge is a measurement of how large a wire is, either in diameter or cross sectional area. The larger the gauge, the smaller the wire diameter. Larger the wire, the lease amount of Resistance.

The numbers go backwards though 10ga is bigger than 12ga or 14ga. 8ga would be bigger than any of those just mentioned.....
