Default spring rate

I was lokking at different springs for my buggy, but dont understabd the rate, is 68mm more stiff than 60mm? And what is the 57gf or 87gf mean

Could you specify for which buggy?
Front springs are stiffer than the rear ones but there is no relation between lenght and spring rate.
Have a look here for the spring rate
