WOW what an amazing looking 4wd! I thought the Durango looked like a beast, this thing looks indestructible! As to the "it looks heavy" comment, with lipo and brushless power these days I don't think it will be an issue if its a few ounces heavy. In fact I like the planted felling of a heavier car then the bouncy nimble feel.

Too bad 4wd buggy didn't take off at my track or this would be top on my list to own.

Great work Caster. Cant wait to see one in person.

Are those divots for NiMH packs on the chassis? Isn't that an odd choice for a car released in 2010? Or are those for something else?
some lipos still have divots on the bottom Orions packs do!

Will it have the dogbones in the rear or Universal/CV type? Those pics show standard dogbones.

Lovin' the car though!!

Looks great, but Heavy. I would like to see the upper decks and Chassis in CF. To me for a 4WD its just got too much aluminum, nice car though.

the aluminum chassis is fine but in my opinion all the rest of the aluminum has gotta go, and be changed to carbon, but thats just me. hackmaster i know you and know where you race and you'd probley know me if ya saw me i ran caster when cam was the big cheese, i just wish more racers from our neck of the woods would get off their woossie a$$es and run mod 4x4 at our track. i do like that bug. good luck

I will probably be getting one of these to try out the 1/10 scale racing side of things. Looks awesome. Tough too which is what I like. Other 1/10 4wd buggies look like they will break all the time which is what drew me away from 1/10 for so long.

I would guess Damon from Diggity Designs might take care of some CF options for this buggy, since he does all the Caster 1/8 CF parts.
