the badger and the vorza are around the same durability i think:lol:

On the serious side i'm gonna say the vorza, the rc8e has more maintenance and is not as durable. The vorza could be your basher and occasional racer if you race once and a while.

The vorza is the best basher buggy on the market right now. When you want to race buy the longer rear shocktower and 112mm rear shocks for more shock travel in the rear.Try to get it from stormer, they sell it for i think 549.99 if i remember right.

I think I might go for the Vorza, what's up with the badger?
|
I have an rc8e, it is very tough and only requires much maintenance if your racing. It does need the aluminum shock body's though. I have heard others say it has a glass jaw... pure rubbish. I have not broken a single part on my but stripped out the threads in the front diff from hitting a tree at 40mph.

I think the vorza would be a better badger. Shave your cat, dip the vorza body in glue and then sprinkle cat hair evenly over the top. Wallah! Badger.
|
I believe the Vorza would be the better route, cost wise. It is RTR, so it'd be good to go out of the box, while the RC8E would be a kit, requiring all electronics, etc. I personally run an RC8E, and this thing is built like a tank, I must say. I only race, but still, it can take way more beating than any other vehicle I have driven. Not saying it's more durable than the Vorza, but it can hold it's own. Since you're not racing, and only bashing, just go with the Vorza. ;)

I have a Vorza. I'd say it would make a good basher if you don't plan to run in areas that would require good ground clearance. Places like parks, baseball diamonds, skate parks, etc. But rocky, rough terrain not so well.

I too say the Vorza for just bashing. I've owned a couple RC8e and they are awesome vehicles on the track. Never owned a Vorza but read a lot about them. and would say that's a better basher.
