Kyosho Inferno VE help

I just got it and it seems to be nose heavy as hell. Unless I keep it pinned at WOT I nose dive every jump. Problem is that it doesn't look I can redistribute weight without having the body not fit? Anyone else 1/8 buggy weight distribution issues? I'm thinking of trying lead weights on the rear wing but don't to add too much weight as its already heavy.

Try raising the ride height in the front (pushing down the shock collars to compress the spring a bit). Also when you go over a jump you can bring the front up a bit by lightly tapping the throttle. You can also try thicker oil in the shocks...I don't know what the VE comes with, but the good thing about this hobby is you can change pretty much anything about the car to get it to do what you want...that's the fun part about it . Good Luck!

Yesterday to keep it from nose diving I had to pin the throttle off of every jump just to land on all 4. Lastnight I drlling about 20 holes spread out in the front part of the chassis plate, stiffened up the front shocks, and added about 1 oz. of weight to the rear. Not huge changes but hopefully enough to do something. I'll try it today.
