Default Foam?! HELP!

Does anyone know if you can buy foam tires to fit a Slash 4X4?

(Like the tires carpet/nitro on-road uses?)

Should I use rear tires front/back because I would think the rear ones would fit on the front; and the front wouldnt fit on the front/rear.

Did that make sense?

Man, I am going to rule SC 4X4 in my HobbyTown parkinglot...
