Like it says. I am looking to get a SC truck. Really looking at th Blitz and SC10 but let me know what you think. It doesn't have to be those two.

I think you are one of the first people that puts the slash above the SC10. I really dont know much about the kyosho.

Our last race we had 14 stock short course trucks. No SC 10 made it to the top four spots. One Blitz and three Slashes were there. Slashes can be raced successfully against any other short course truck. Another big plus is that they aren't fragile like a SC 10.

Maybe it's cuz I have yet to see an SC10, and from what I have read on forums and in mags they are just OK, unless you are a die hard AE fan. In fact in Xtreme they had a factory set up guy to get it to run as good as a Slash, but it seems those guys think AE drives on water and everything they make is awesome.

Over here in about numbers:

about 10 Slashes
about 5 Blitz
2 ultima SC
3 Blitz ESE
1 Losi Stike
2 Slash 4x4
1 Jammin 4x4

Out of the races we have, indoor and 2 outdoor tracks, the guy who owns the Blitz' usually wins, but he can drive a Slash almost as well and the UltimaSC about the same. I'm usually in 2nd with a Slash and a Blitz in 3rd.

Default Sc10

I never have any durability issues with the sc10,It handles great, never flips like my slash did,And is obviuously weaker if you look at some parts but it is not a basher, just a racer and if you drive it the way it is supposed to be driven and you will not have any durability issues. Here is a video of one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUuFGLyXc6I a slash will never drive like this.

Ok, I am not an AE fan, so I thought I would clear that up first. I drive about 4 times a week on a huge 1/8 track with my SC10 and seriously beat the living hell out of it. I have still yet to break a thing. I do have the RPM goodies for durability, but the body will break before anything else. I have owned a Slash as well, I really couldn't get it to work for me, but it is a great basher. The SC10 needs some improvements out of the box, but it is worth it, or just get a FT version.

The SC10 is tough as nails.

I race a Blitz. The only complaint is that I wish it had more steering. Our local track was set up for the SC Nationals and was tight and the lack of steering was an issue for me.
