i use nice card board boxes and large zip-loc bags for parts and put them all in a huge $5 clear plastic storage tub.... The only that keeps me from buying a hauler bag is that the drawers dont open very easliy and sometimes my tub weighs in the neighbor hood of 75-80 pounds usually. Thats alot of weight for those bags i think.

Im like you though i would like a hauler bag but i havent seen any that really impress me.

Its spendy bit the Xray 8th scale bag is the biggest and the best there is by far. Next would be the racers edge 8th scale bag.

do you personally have the xray bag? i would have to see one in person before i shelled out that much for a bag id have to see myself that its that much better than a Racers edge bag. it is twice the price. i think the most important thing to me is how easy the drawers open and close when loaded.

Stanley Fat Max is all you need. Way more durable than any of these bags from rc companies. Less than half the cost too. $85 bucks. I can put enough parts and all my tools and charger and dremmel for a buggy and a truggy. It has a handle that pops up and you pull it like a roller bag. Both truggy and buggy will fit on top of the box.

The hauler bags are nice but not if you plan on doing any sort of traveling via Airplane or if you haul alot of stuff with you to races, then it can make things a bit more difficult.

Walmart sells these: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Contico-St...Locker/2476189
They work great, just use smaller plastic containers to carry the little things inside the box.

I dont own because of the price. But it is much bigger than the racers edge. It will fit a full truggy in a drawer. Wish it wasnt so spendy for sure.

+1 on this. The Container Store is another great resource for rolling lockers and small parts boxes. i keep all my hex wrenches and hex drivers in a small plastic container.
