Default RC10GT rear exhaust motor?

Hey

does anyone know of a manifold that will properly fit the GT when using a rear exhaust engine?

I didn't think that I'd have a problem, but quickly realised that the bodyshell wasn't going to fit around the pipe.

Any suggestions?

PLEASE PM me, I don't usually check this thread section of the forum.

Thanks

look at www.rdlogics.com. They have an in-line (1 piece) pipe set for off road trucks that will work. You can tell by the bend of it.

I see most guys that have an RE engine in their GT's use the Losi manifold. You can use that, or the MST1's manifold. The Losi is a little bit more free-flowing, though. The Trinity RE truck manifold fits as far as the body is concerned, but the manifold swings around too low, so the pipe is too low and hits the ground when your truck bottoms out. The Losi and MST1 manifolds don't have this problem, though.
