Just sharing pix of our Serpent Cobra 811-E buggy. Many thanks to my friend Don2 for his time and patience in making this happen.

Nice. The Serpent looks a whole lot like the Xray 808?

jetbill007 and BLbound: The Mugen EliteRC mount was not a direct fit. We had to make an adapter plate for it to line-up and bolt to the chassis properly. I even had to let go of the stock Serpent center diff and put in a Mugen center diff because the dog bone was coming loose on the diff's drive cups. I'll post new close-up pix of it. We also had to make front and rear chassis braces because of excessive chassis flex. We had to do this because the car weighed a LOT more than when it was running nitro. The chassis was moving more than we liked. All is well now and everything is holding up. (knock on wood).
