pls pls pls battery help

I have a T4 and just recently purchased a mamba 5700kv max pro system. The esc can run up to 6s lipo but the motor can only handle 3s... so obviously that is what I am going with. I am not a racer but I would like to haul a decent amount of a$$.

I have read countless articles and threads suggesting Lipo, LiFePO4 and the like and quite frankly it's been a pain to find any good info. This is what I believe to be an accurate break-down of lipo and LiFePO4:

Lipo
-higher voltage per cell (4.2)
-higher top speed
-little to no run-off(slowing down) during the battery's run time
-needs careful attention while charging
-life cycle in the neighborhood of 300 charges

LiFePO4
-chemically stable and no danger of fire (not paranoid about this, just mentioning)
-lower voltage per cell (3.3)
-run-off similar to nimh
-lower top speed than lipo, but marginally
-not as "needy" as lipos
-life cycle in the neighborhood of 1000 charges

I am a recreational user and I have looked at Thunder Power's 5000 mah 11.1V 3S lipo pack... what is your take on the above comparison and the possible thunder power battery? How big is the difference between the two types?
