Looks like a very nice basher, and the scale looks dont hurt either :D

Surprised they didnt go ahead and release a roar approved corr truck but not everybody races so it should be fun.

Not following, Leading. Not a sc truck, not a st truck just something to bash around with :sneaky:

no Im not degrading the duratrax stuff and some have made the most from them, but by the time you upgrade might as well have a more popular brand:cool:

They are an excellent 'starter' set-up.Definitely to be veiwed as a stepping stone to a more serious race grade vehicle.

At first I thought, It is what it is, they threw a short course tires and a truck body and bumper on an Evader. Anybody with $50 can probably do this to their Evader when it's released.

Then I actually looked up the specs and it's a bit weird. If they had done the above then they'dve have been closer to having a short course truck. This thing is actually a bit odd. It's long enough, but way too narrow to be in the short course class. Maybe put the Evader ST arms on it to widen it?

I have a team-cAmerica ''short course '' but its dimmensions are the same as this.I hope this becomes the next hot class because the one I have is a blast to drive ,basicly its a stadium truck with with smaller tires and an odd body. I will definetly be looking out for them, like I said :they are a blast to drive and the arms have a one year stress guarantee.

I have owned evader ext,,exb and bx pro.

The ext/st is the best racer of the bunch for sure. The ext needs alot of help while the older St or pro st is a very capable racer.

The DT is not meant to be a racer, it shares alot of parts with the ext/exb.
Exb arms,dogbones steering linkage
EXt shock towers

This truck is gonna be a blast. According to tower (I had to call) should be available mid-July :)

I wish this becomes a big class , like the detail.Perhaps this will bring duratrax from cheesy to ''ahh its ok'' status.

DTX may not be considered cheesy but this Toys R Us attempt at a truck is.

Tire on the body... lol
