A few things to take a look at (assuming you are rebuilding an AE diff):

Inspect your outdrives for excessive wear and make sure to thoroughly clean them when rebuilding your diff. Dirt build-up in the thrust side outdrive is a very common cause of gritty and premature wear. Clean out all of the old grease!!!

Visually inspect and clean your diff gear. Make sure no teeth are chipped and the inner bearing sits firmly in place.

Last but not least inspect the 2 sealed ball bearings. Make sure they are still smooth and free.

what team drivers are going to be at the nats, and running what class?

I will be present at the nationals, don't know where I will be found pitting yet...

I am not sure but last time I checked Aaron Lane was trying to find a way to go.

My classes will be 2wd stock buggy and mod 4wd.

i really want to try this in my t4 and b4. got out of 1/8 scale becasue upgrades are cheaper....everything is cheaper
