Default motor+speed-controll+hyper 10sc

I live in houston tx, were it is hot as hell. Well as the story goes i cant seem to keep my electronics cool enough to run. In my rc8e i switched from a mmm/2650 4s=too hot to a 1800/5s combo-batteries on the way, im hoping this will run cooler. In my hyper 10sc i first tried a mmp/5700 2s= motor too hot then a 4.5 hv/mmp 2s down to a 13 tooth pinion= speedo too hot thought I would try my 2650 w/mmp 3s= instant mmp killer, poof goes the smoke, what can i do to have acceptable temps????? MMM w/2650 3s will this be ok? Its so hot hear i dont know what too do???
