Default Slash 4x4 Overtrays> Good or Bad

Hey guys, I have been thinking about getting one but havent really seen to many of them out there. Just wondering if they might overheat the motors and esc or not. I run a mamba max pro with a hv motor. Let me guys. Thanks

Depends on what temps you are getting currently with the gearing you have. I would add 20 degrees conservatively on top of that temp and gauge from there.

This is of course info for the motor, as the ESC should not have a problem with it. If you use a heatsink designed for a 550 it should counteract the temp spike from the overtray.

Whether they are good or bad is entirely debatable. I personally would go a different route.
