Default tekin rs 10.5 question

hey guys im new to electric and never had anything electrics set up to my dx3r.

i have my esc calibrated but my question is, my epa is set at 100, i can go up to 150. ive been told many things, some say leave it at 100. some say calibrate it at 100 then turn it up to 125 or 150. and some told me to calibrate it at 150. what should i do?

I don't have a Tekin but have a Hobbywing ESC. What I do is I calibrate my throttle at 100 then turn up the epa to 110 after. This is just to make sure that the turbo kicks in when I'm pinning the throttle.

I calibrate all my dx3s and dx3r transmitters , with Tekins , at 150%.
