I run some hard cased packs and that's the hottest mine have come off the track after a run. My packs still run just fine...so far

You'll get some different answers on this. IMO that's fine. My softcase LiPos will come off around 109F, similar to yours. Hardcase packs will temp cooler because there's space (air and/or foam/tape) between the LiPo itself and the hardcase, so if you read 110F on the hardcase, the cells are a bit hotter.
Are the packs puffing? If not, you're fine. Mine will sometimes puff just slightly after runs on hot days. They still perform great.
