Default Charging lipo batteries at 2C

I just noticed that my 5200 2s lipo batteries say that they can be charged at up to 2C. Currently I balance charge them at 5 amps, does 2C mean that I can balance charge them at Up to 10amps? My charger will only charge up to 5 amps and I am fine with that. I am just wondering if I am thinking right.

2C charging with 5200mah lipos means you could charge them at 10.4amps. This would cut charge time - it cuts the CC stage in half, but the CV stage is a little longer since it starts declining from a higher current.
