i have a rc8t with tekin rx8/2250 50 tooth center gear on a 5000 4s battery .. i'm looking for a setup that will give me the most run time , power and speed not a huge deal , yes i want it to be some what fast but i'm not get but only about 10 min of run time on my setup .. tons of power and speed though .. also lots of wheel spin too !! i need to know what pinion gear and what to set my hot settings should be ?? stuck with 50 tooth ceter gear though .. please send good advice asap . thanks bay city ..

IMHO, run times are determined more by the track you're running on than your gearing, although you do need to gear correctly for the track. That being said, what pinion are you running?

I have a friend who I believe is running 44/14 5000mAH on the same Tekin setup in his RC8Te and is getting just under 20 minutes on the local track. I'm running 44/16 5200mAH on a Mamba Monster 2650Kv in my RC8e and get just over 20 minutes.
