Default need help!! making a 4s lipo

Hi guys I need some help or knowledge?????? OK I got 2 new 2 s lipos packs, I want to make a 4 cell lipo, I already got the cells bare an welded together. And they charge fine. I just need to balance them. I need to geta plug for balance wires.

That's a cool tool that will show you the wiring diagram. You just need to pick up a 4s balance tap of choice.

How would you do this if you had two 2s lipos with the pin style balancers (like Orion)?

have to take out the internal balance board, and re-wire them.

If you want to keep the packs separate, it is possible to build a wiring harness that will let you use and also charge the two packs as a single 4S pack. It's not a great idea though, because if you ever hook it up incorrectly you could potentially damage your charger.

I made one for a pair of those maroon Flightmax hard case packs, which I was going to run in my buggy. I figured if I decided later to run 5S I could buy a single 5S pack, and then split the hard case pair into two 2S packs for 1/10 scale. Unfortunately, while the wiring harness worked great, the frankenpack didn't fit in my buggy with the wires plugged in (it was more than a bit too tall) with the body on.
