I really am not expecting to see a truck put into the lineup. They don't run the class in Japan or Europe at any major events that I'm aware of, and it's getting lower and lower turnouts here in the US...

Glad to see Tamiya is joining the 2wd buggy class... Always great to see more and more manufacturers in any given class, we consumers get more choices!

I've always preferred no more than +1 anti squat. More so "0" and mostly Pro-squat.

Mine finally gave way and I remember reading about the Kyosho idler gear working. The hobby shop at WCRC had the Kyosho and it matched up PERFECT for bothe teeth and fitment of bearings.

So I guess the idler for the rb5 sp and sp2 wil be fine or is it all the same ?

And what motor combos are you all running? My local track usually runs 10.5 for 2wd so is that standard for all of u as well?

So I'm looking to start 2wd racing this fall, and want to pick this buggy up, mainly because I'm a Tamiya fanboy . Will I be fine racing this in a stock class (hopefulkly those are still around) with the stock settings? I'm not good enough to need all the fancy parts

Thanks in advance.

I don't understand what the problem is...what's it matter if he has a 201 or not? He provided some information that may be useful to the OP based on his experience with similar cars. What's the big deal?
