Thank you so much for the information!!! I was looking and I found a set of JConcepts that I'm going to run on the TRF201 for now!

Thanks!

Tamiya is still working on their replacement, and don't yet have the new material out. RW is making a more durable gear that is already available. The Kyosho RB5 idler gear is 1 tooth smaller, but still worked fine for me.

Maybe we need RW Racing to make the main diff gear as well

I have never had a problem with their stuff, been using it quite literally for years. I did research online and while its to the "top" race brand, for a first brushless system it seems to work perfectly. Maybe I'm wrong and am wasting my money, it remains to be seen.

while the gtb speed control has served me well, the havoc plays up not just me but other people I know who have the havoc esc. Their motors however are top notch and I still use the ss series motors. Novak were at the top of their game a few years ago and had a monopoly on the first brushless systems, however alot has changed in the past couple of years with more brands offering better systems.

The hobbywing systems are very affordable, and currently use them in all my cars.
