The weight helps the car feel more planted. All of the 2wd cars on the market right now are still based around the weight of NiMH batteries, now that we are running LiPo, the cars are just too light. Ideal weight would be at least 1540 grams. The nice part about having to add the weight, is you can place it where you want it, rather than already being overweight and not having as much of a tuning option.

Its all done...... I know, I know "its about time!"
Paint up the body tonight and throw in a borrowed esc when I get to the track tomorrow.
This car builds up beautifully and everything fits together perfect
The only gripe I have is the rear wheel pins, i cant stand having to worry about the wheel pins falling out when I take the wheels off
