Default Differences between the XXX and the XXX B2(idk if that is the correct name)

I was wondering, what were the main differences between the xxx and the xxx b2 editions. I could get a very, very good deal on a xxx, but how does it rate compared to its newer "sibling" Im not asking the same:"which car is better" i just would like to know what improvements there are, and are the improvements enough for me to notice? I am a beginner to offroad, and just want to know if at this stage, would i be able to feel a difference between the handeling of a xxx and the b2? Is anything interchangeble between the new cars?(newly designed parts so they could possibly fit the older car)

thanks

I just remembered that I have an Xtreme rc article on the bk2, and it said thast thew diffs were smaller, and lower, could it be reworked to the older xxx, or could the whole assembly be bolted onto the car, or hasnt anyone tried that yet?
