I think a lot of people will probably chime in and say the ACE DS1015... for both.
Or some other servo with similar specs from Hitec, Savox or Futaba.

Servo's
+1 for the associated DS1015 and Futaba BLS 451 or BLS 452 servos. using an airtronics M11 2.4 FHSS-2 radio with these servos in SC10, Blitz, and T4 running 13.5 Tekin RS ESC & motors. Can't go wrong, plenty of torque and speed.
