Default has anybody run 4s lipo on a vxl-3s esc found in rustler/bandit

hi guys just got some 4s lipos laying round that i would like to run in my 1/16 e revo, and wanted to upgrade the esc to the vxl-3s (comes in the rustler bandit) mainly becaure its waterproof,i know traxxas say 3s lipos but looking at the specs its a 200A continous esc compared to the one in the 1/16 e revo witch is only a 52 A continous, surley it should do 4s lipos anywayz let us know your thoughts on this one, thanks

Unless its rated for 4S, you're prob going to have a prob. Either the esc BEC can't take that much voltage and/or the other electronic esc components aren't rated for 4S voltage.

Actually the stock esc in the 1/16th erevo will handle 4 cell but it will get warm. Check in mini/micros section here in rctech. p.s. its a waste of time. Mine on 3cell was undriveable.
