My diff is due for a rebuild soon for my B5m. Thinking about getting the SK diff kit. Anyone else try it out yet? Better than stock AE parts?

Default Sticky Diff

Sticky diff is the best bang for your buck! Very smooth in both my b5m and sc5m, love the caged thrust bearings.
I helped test the sticky diff and they are the best diff balls and thrust bearing I've tried yet and still smooth in both my rigs!

Cool, thanks for the input. I'm gonna order the diff kit when I start getting my car ready to run for the outdoor season. I'll give the red compound a try too to see how that works. The pink stuff has been great for indoor racing.

this is going to seem like an odd question, but has anyone thought of a compound to dead-end the amount of bite a tire has? I wonder as say you run on a track that the traction can just come up at you maybe a spritz here with that kind of stuff can help versus trying to hunt down a set of tires for the moment?

As a side question, of the compounds which would people say has the most similar characteristics to SXT carpet compound? I race at an indoor carpet track offroad, in general I like to use clay style slicks sauced, though one vehicle generates so much traction it is able to run unsauced lol.

Anyway, for those that sauce works on, looking to see what sticky kicks has now that does the job as I am getting low on SXT and I remember how much I liked it in the past, and there is no compound requirement.

Sorry Cain, don't know how to answer that first part but definitely give the new Pink V2 a shot - it's the most aggressive yet with still respecting your tire and foam life

I run on outdoor clay usually calcium in used on the track, grooves up hard sometimes black, & abrasive, traction rolling tends to happen by mid day.. suggestions? 2nd track is outdoor but under steel roof, hard packed light dust, doesnt exactly groove but good traction?? anything i can use at both?? or do i need 2 different types?

Hey boss, this sounds a lot like our Red formula for both but please let us know what type of tires/compound you run at each track.

What is happening Ray?! I'm back after my 3 year break. Been running 2wd mod buggy at sdrc. What tire sauce do you sell that you recommend?

definitely try our Red and for a stronger sauce try our new yellow. It's great on new kicks!

Yah kid! No one can stay away from RC racing :-) our new yellow compound is slaying it down there. Matthew Gonzalez is setting record lap times running the yellow compound.

It's also ok to not sauce when the track is abrasive...
