Alcon,

I have a Slash 4x4 PE with Big Bores which do not have threaded bodies. I'm looking at plunking down for some Proline Power Strokes. They physically look really good (scale look, good anodize, threaded bodies and dual rate springs are what have me impressed. If money was not the factor I'm be more than eager to buy them today. The shock shafts are noticeably larger than my big bores which I'm not entirely knowledgable as to why?

Does anyone have any good data or knowledge that they can share about these shocks?
