LiPo Battery Connectors?

LiPo Battery Connectors?
I just received my Blue LiPo 4000mAh 3S 30c battery and can't wait to try it out this weekend!
The battery came with the below pictured red power connectors on it, for which I cannot seem to find a mating connector anywhere! They look like normal banana connectors, but I'm not sure.
What do you here? Cut these off and replace it with a Deans connector? Make an adapter? Something else? Help!
Thanks!

That's what I'm worried about with these batteries. If they are 4 millimeter bullet connectors, where can I find the appropriate mating connectors?

To the posters question, check the voltage of the cells. If they are good then replace the connector with your preferred connector and start charging.

Those are what you're supposed to use to prevent shorting, however it looks like they are currently out of stock. If I were you I would NOT cut off the connectors. They are perfectly good high quality connectors much better than crappy Deans which can disconnect itself very easily and doesn't have the same current carrying capacity as 4mm bullets.
My recommendation is to use 4mm bullets which you could buy anywhere. They plug straight in to those red connectors. Just be careful and only connect disconnect one bullet at a time. In the meantime wait for the connectors to be restocked and then order them.
Stay away from Deans, they are outdated garbage that can only carry 70A. They self disconnect easily and short easily if they get wet. The connectors are also short so you end up pulling on the wires instead, not a good practice.

cutting them off and changing the connectors is simple. i use Traxxas connectors and they work wonders. Traxxas even has a video on how to do it step by step on their website. Look under support videos. If you are that worried about changing the connectors hobby king sells bullet connectors and you will have to cut the wires on your charger or find a banana plug to bullet connector wire for your charger

For the 4mm used in 1/10 - I replace with deans female connectors. for 1/8 scale, I will be replacing with 5.5mm bullets for more surface are.
I have lots of 4mm bullets (the loose ones) here - if you want some, let me know. Will offer a pair for a buck shipped. You can put them on your ESC-side and shrink wrap them and they should suffice.
They look like this when setup:
note the male/female pair on the esc wires to plug into such a battery that you have. I am replacing with 5.5mm next week, but in your case, you could do this and not cut your LiPOs.
if you already have a Deans on the ESC, probably best to switch your battery (safely!)

Someone has something against deans.
I have been using deans for 15 years and have "0" that is ZERO failures. Won a lot of races wtih them as well. The have been put up against the best and newest connectors out there and always come out on tops for zero loss connectors. Manytimes they even have less resistance then the wire used in the test! They are small and compact and if you can solder at all pulling on the wires although not ideal get them apart if you cannot grab the connectors themselves. They are readily available and work great. No possible way of plugging them in backwards.
4mm bullets are great if the female is integrated into the lipo but a large connector like the HC one does not make any sense. Using separated bullets will leave you up plugging the battery in backwards.
