I'm using BMan's front and rear plates(large) on both my DESC210 and DEX210and they work excellent. The layout we are running right now has a high speed sweeper that transitions to a fast jump into the face of a short table top. There is no other way to get through that section other than slamming the face of the jump so it pops you up over the table top. I would be afraid to hit that section without the braces.
The front and larger rear plates are an awesome addition if you are using the Dimec chassis.
I wouldnt even think of running the Dimec chassis without them.
I am still using the same Dimec chassis with the broken rear end and the rear plate has been holding the chassis together very well
Too lazy to replace the chassis

Ok so I just recieved this buggy used a couple of days ago and while I was setting it up I realized that there was a lot of bump steer once the wheels hit full lock. There was enough play were the camber link could get at an angle with the ackerman that it would actually lock the steering due to the camber links angle...I have it set up just like my desc210r (which is butter)...stumped

Your DEX210 may have old c-hubs, the newer ones that come with the DESC210 have a limiter that prevents your steering going too far and locking. Being second hand the previous owner could have done the bump steer mod to it too, so that may make a difference in your settings.

The steering mod didnt have much to do with anything locking up, it was mainly to help with bump steering. If you are experiencing a lock up, something else may be wrong. Where are you running the front hub inserts, and how many and where are you front hubs spacers?

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the buggy and dex210 scene. I'm having a hell of a time dealing with my drive shaft coming out. I'm at a loss, can anyone give me a direction to go on a fix or mod?

Drive shafts popping out is caused by too much droop/little camber. Can be fixed by changing those settings or getting their new optional longer ball diff outdrives #TD310417
