I have the revolution towers as well, they are tough as nails and 6mm thick!

Still running the same front and rear arms since last Christmas...

I just installed them over the holiday, they were a gift. So far they are awesome. Have landed on the lid a few times but they are holding up well, and show no signs of scrapes or wear. I did not weigh the front, but the rear added about 8grams over stock. If you run them front and rear the towers will add to the overall weight of the car, but will not affect front to rear bias. I run a shorty, so I save some weight there, but have not noticed the added weight. If anything steering seems a bit more responsive. I run a 17.5, so obviously weight is an issue. Ill let you know how it compares to other buggies running 17.5 in a few weeks when I start racing again.

The bad part is you are adding weight at the highest possible point. It will make the steering seem more twitchy because the car will roll more because of the higher CG.

i am really hoping this makes it to my door in time for Cactus! Long over due!

RDRP has launched an entire lineup of fresh new products for the Team Durango DEX210. While the new products include everything from hub sets to shock caps, there were two items that we found VERY interesting!
*
First up is the "Plus8" chassis. This new DEX210 chassis is 8mm longer than the stock chassis, and is designed to improve handling, performance, and durability. The stock chassis is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and weighs in at 112 grams. The durability and strength was not satisfactory for the RDRP crew, so they have developed this new chassis which enhances performance, looks, and is made from 7075-T6 aluminum. Strategically designed and milled, this chassis only weighs 108 grams.

That is a gorgeous buggy. I really like the looks of those towers. I might end up going that route right out of the gate.

Thanks for posting that pic!
