When I look at the chart that comes with the new aluminum RF mount it shows that I ran 4.8 anti squat when using the stock 1.5 plastic RF mount and the -2mm rear mount. If that is really true I never ran a car with more than 2mm anti squat before and I have lots of traction and no funny stuff under breaking so I'm already happy.
Yes, i also run this setup. Using exotek RF mount with both shims and their -2mm rear mount. It works very well at my local track. I agree with you, it give me excellent forward traction and does not get loose when braking.

Did get everything done and ready for Sunday sonwill be interesting to see what a difference it makes on the track now that my anti squat is at more of a normal setting.

I would like to hear what Travis Amezcua or JP Richards has to say about the anti squat with the -2mm RR block and if my earlier post is correct with my overall anti squat setups.

Default Steering mod update! #2

Ok, so i did find the right position for my servo.

I do not have a correct servo arm with the right offset yet and only have a broken servo for testing for now, but you can see, it will work...
I only have to make a top plate with four M3 holes to hold the servo in place.
It will be not possible, to run a standard battery anymore, as the servo comes further in the back.

The servo mounting post i used, are RPM #70062

First picture is from the top, to see the possition from servo.

From the side, with servo in place, to see, the mounting posts are the same high, as the top of the side pods.

...and one from the top.
I only have done one side pod, at the moment and you have to cut off the little nose piece from the front brace.

Looking good Micholix!!! Can't wait to see the finished product and see how you think it feels in the car.

I saw a full aluminum STRC B5 steering rack on Amain hobbies for 24 bucks if any body is thinking of doing this mod as well.

On the 210V3 what rear aluminum 12mm hexes are you guys using? The plastic ones I'm starting to round off some running mod.

Best bet is get the exotek ones. I have a pair of proline Associated B4.2 aluminum hexes I pulled of my old car and they fit perfect as well. I have heard people are using the B5 ones as well. I Have also heard that there is a difference between some of the B5 ones with the lite version being a different size. I'm not exactly sure.

Default TLR 22 3.0 servo mount

Micholix,
Think these might work to mount the servo. The dimension look close. Then no upper brace and might be able to integrate into the sidepods. It's an exotek 22 3.0 servo mount

The B5 lite has larger dia axels they will not fit. The hex that fits the smaller dia axel will work just fine. I have them on my dex 210.
